Billie Holiday "Lady In Satin" 1958 Promo Jazz Record Album

1958 Billie Holiday "Lady In Satin" promo jazz vinyl record album, CL1157 mono, by Columbia Records. It's been sample tested & has a little surface noise but still plays well.   Vinyl has been ultrasonic cleaned & it some light fine scratches throughout. It plays with minor surface noise - visually the vinyl is a G+ but play grade is VG. 

Jacket/cover is in poor condition; one side is starting to separate & it has heavy edge/ corner wear & the front corner has a piece of tape on it.  The backside has dirty/darkened areas and some handwriting. Spine shows heavy wear including rips/tears - some lettering is clear. Inner  paper sleeve (not shown) is plain.
