1958 Johnny Hodges & His Orchestra "Blues-A-Plenty", jazz vinyl record album, MG V-8358, by Verve Records (mono). It has been sample tested & seems to play well.  

Vinyl is VG & has been ultrasonic cleaned;  it has some sporadic light scratches.  Jacket/cover shows some edge/corner wear, darkening/dirty areas & handwriting on both sides. Album labels show some wear. Spine shows wear & has some rips; some lettering is clear, some isn't.  Inner paper sleeve (not shown) is plain.
