Optically Perfect Non-Reversing "True Mirror", Signed & Dated

Very interesting mirror! Concept of a "true mirror" is that it's a way to see ourselves in an optically true way. Traditional mirrors are reflective, whereas this mirror is joined together at a 90 degree angle to provide a non-reversing view of ourselves, getting a "true" image reflection.  The concept has been around since the 1800's but John Walters put the concept into a design with this collection.  The mirror is signed & dated 1999. It has an adjustment knob on one side as it needs to be perfectly adjusted to 90 degrees.  In great condition! Bottom left hand corner has a very small chip in the glass.
