Postmodern Artist Signed Painting on Canvas

Extremely cool painting (signed what looks to be "Sullivan") of a woman starting off of a boat. Great colors and funky style. There's a hole/puncture on the top left corner, from the backside that hasn't gone through entirely but up close you can see an area of damage.
