REM "Document" 1987 Alt Rock Pop Record Album

1987 REM "Document" alt rock pop rock vinyl record album, IRS-42059, by IRS Records.  It has been sample tested & seems to play well.

The vinyl has no noted scratches (if there are any, they are very minor) but cleaning is still recommended in case of any light fingerprints/smudges and light dust.  The jacket/cover is in great condition showing light corner/edge wear.   Spine has a small tear in the center (in the laminate) but all lettering is clear. Custom inner sleeve has a few corner bends & one of the seams is starting to separate in the center.
